Sarah has worked within the videography industry for the past 5 years, this has been from her time in higher education at Coventry University studying BA Media Production, and working as a freelancer and within Disruptive Media Learning Lab. She has filmed and edited a number of talks, conferences, promo videos and has designed and created illustrations for an online learning app. Within her role at the DMLL, Sarah supervises and mentors Student Activators and any work placement students that also work in the lab, providing them with necessary training in methods of filmmaking. She’s also been developing her professional skills and experiences further in web design, as it’s been incorporated into her role.
Sarah has worked on various freelance projects from short films, music videos and currently a feature length documentary film, I Am Dyslexic since 2015 as an Assistant Director, Camera Operator and Sound Operator & Editor.
 
Biggest Achievement: Back in 2014, her short documentary film, The One and Only Euan, was published on BBC Three: Life Through My Lens, as part of the 2014/2015 entry. This film can be found on BBC Three, along with a profile page.
